Make Your Mark is a microsite launched in 2016 targeted at a young audience between the ages of 11-16. In light of the lack of careers advice provision in UK schools and colleges, this microsite was launched to enable young people to learn more about different options for their futures, be it going to university or undertaking an apprenticeship. It contains various quizzes, case studies and informative articles on student life, exam guides and potential careers.
Social influencer marketing was used to promote the website, with two social influencers selected who were popular with the age group and targeted audience as well as affordable on a very small media budget.
Overall the microsite had been received very well by both young students and government bodies, calling it a much needed resource for students and teachers.
